One-On-One Personal Training
Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase athletic performance or feel more energy, a personal trainer can get you there — safely and efficiently. If you’re ready to make a commitment, we will set out on the path together and walk with you every step of the way.
All 1-on-1 training programs include:

- Before & After Photos
- Before & After Measurements
- Fitness Evaluation
- Nutrition Evaluation
- Customized workouts with your trainer.
Here’s how it works:
- Call us to schedule an initial appointment with the trainer of your choice.
- Complete our health history form, then print it out and bring it with you to the initial meeting.
You and your trainer will talk about your goals, specific needs, health history, schedules and just get to know each other a little. If you feel that you and your trainer are a good fit, you’ll establish a weekly workout plan and schedule your first session.
First Session = Fitness Evaluation
Your first session will entail a full fitness assessment; we’ll record your weight, measurements and body fat percentage. We also do some basic strength and flexibility testing and take a “before” picture.
Your trainer will take you through a fitness program designed for you. You’ll sweat. You’ll laugh. And you’ll probably go farther than you ever thought possible.
