Keegan Thorpe

Independent Contractor

I got started about 7 years ago, after getting out of shape, and generally being sick and tired of being sick and tired. I joined a local gym and was determined to change being out of shape, and just unmotivated by life in a summer. What I found out along the way is that Fitness is more than a thing a job or a word, it’s a way of life, and I wanted “in”. Helping other people get in and stay in shape is challenging and rewarding to me. That’s why I do this. I specialize in strength training and weight management and creatively challenging people to be their best. I encourage you to find(or rediscover) your inner athlete and watch how life takes on new meaning.
